Ingredients
  • Ryvita® Crispbread – choose your favourite!
  • A bowlful of mixed salad leaves
  • A couple of radishes
  • A quarter of a red onion
  • A drizzle of fresh lemon and olive oil

Directions
  1. Slice your radishes and red onion. Combine with your mixed salad leaves and your crumbled Ryvita®. Then drizzle with a squeeze of fresh lemon and olive oil. Easy!
