1. 1 Multigrain or Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread

  2. A few tomatoes

  3. Half a red onion

  4. A generous helping of mozzarella cheese

  5. A handful of rocket leaves

  6. A drizzle of balsamic vinegar


  1. Scatter the rocket leaves into a bowl and mix in your sliced tomatoes, onion & mozzarella. Drizzle on your balsamic vinegar and finish with a crumbling of Ryvita Crispbread. Simple!
