- 1 Multigrain or Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread
- A few tomatoes
- Half a red onion
- A generous helping of mozzarella cheese
- A handful of rocket leaves
- A drizzle of balsamic vinegar
- Scatter the rocket leaves into a bowl and mix in your sliced tomatoes, onion & mozzarella. Drizzle on your balsamic vinegar and finish with a crumbling of Ryvita Crispbread. Simple!
