  1. Steam four fresh asparagus spears for 5 minutes or until just tender.
  2. Top four slices of Parma ham with a thin wedge of ripe brie and an asparagus spear.
  3. Roll them up and allow the brie to melt around the hot asparagus.
  4. Arrange the roulades on top of your RYVITA and devour immediately.
