Tuna Nicoise

Let lunch transport you to the French Riviera with this classic combination of succulent tuna, crunchy lettuce and Mediterranean toppings.

  • Tuna
  • Lettuce
  • Olives
  • Parsley

Directions
  1. Top your Ryvita® Crispbread with some roughly chopped little lettuce leaves.
  2. Drain a jar of your best quality tuna and break it into big juicy pieces on top of the lettuce.
  3. Cut a boiled egg into wedges and arrange on top of the tuna.
  4. Garnish with sliced olives and chopped parsley or your favourite combination of fresh herbs.
