1. Ryvita® Crispbread

  2. 1 can of tuna

  3. A small onion peeled and finely chopped

  4. 1 tbsp capers

  5. 3 tbsp cottage cheese

  6. 1 tbsp olive oil

  7. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  8. 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  9. A pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Pop the tuna, onion, cottage cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a blender and blend until smooth. Add 2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt and blend further. Pop into a bowl and garnish with capers and black pepper. Spread generously onto Crispbread or dunk in some Ryvita Crackers.
