Ingredients
  • 1 Ryvita® Crispbread (choose your favourite)
  • A dollop of hummus
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • A few sun dried tomatoes
  • A sprinkling of rocket leaves

Directions
  1. Spread a thick layer of hummus onto the Crispbread. Pile high with your sundried tomatoes and scatter on your rocket leaves. Finish off with a squeeze of lemon to bring the taste of the Med to your lunchtime.
