Ingredients

RYVITA® Crispbread
-
A drizzle of olive oil

A handful of cherry tomatoes

A mozzarella ball
-
A handful of fresh basil

Black pepper
Directions
- Drizzle the olive oil over the Crispbread. Slice the mozzarella into slices and arrange on top of the Cripsbread. Slice a few cherry tomatoes and load on top. Toast in oven for a couple of minutes until mozzarella melts. Chop some basil and sprinkle on the top with cracked black pepper for a perfect finish.
