1. A dollop of hummus

  2. A generous portion of halloumi or your favourite goat’s cheese

  3. A few olives

  4. A couple of sun dried tomatoes

  5. A handful of mixed green leaves

  6. A squeeze of lemon


  1. Slice your halloumi into gorgeously thick chunks and griddle on a pan for 3 minutes each side.  Pile your plate high with the mixed leaves and decorate with your selection of olives and sundried tomatoes. Layer on the cheese and a generous dollop of hummus and finish off with a squeeze of lemon.  Use your Crispbreads to dunk, dip or spread and enjoy!
