Greek Meze With a Crunch!

Recreate a scene from the med with this delicious platter of Greek delicacies.

  • A dollop of hummus
  • A generous portion of halloumi or your favourite goat cheese
  • A few olives
  • A couple of sun dried tomatoes
  • A handful of mixed green leaves
  • A squeeze of lemon

  1. Slice your halloumi into gorgeously thick chunks and griddle on a pan for 3 minutes each side. Pile your plate high with the mixed leaves and decorate with your selection of olives and sundried tomatoes. Layer on the cheese and a generous dollop of hummus and finish off with a squeeze of lemon. Use your Crispbreads to dunk, dip or spread and enjoy!
