Greek Meze With a Crunch!
Recreate a scene from the med with this delicious platter of Greek delicacies.
A dollop of hummus
A generous portion of halloumi or your favourite goat’s cheese
A few olives
A couple of sun dried tomatoes
A handful of mixed green leaves
A squeeze of lemon
- Slice your halloumi into gorgeously thick chunks and griddle on a pan for 3 minutes each side. Pile your plate high with the mixed leaves and decorate with your selection of olives and sundried tomatoes. Layer on the cheese and a generous dollop of hummus and finish off with a squeeze of lemon. Use your Crispbreads to dunk, dip or spread and enjoy!
