For a delicious lunch worthy of a New York deli, this is a difficult combination to beat. Try using pastrami or chunks of warm salt beef for an authentic alternative.

  • Sliced Beef
  • Sliced Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard of your choice
  • Dill Pickle
  • Thyme leaves

Directions
  1. Spread your Ryvita® thinly with mayonnaise and top with buttery Swiss Cheese.
