Make over Soup with Snackbread

Ingredients

  1. Tomato Soup

  2. Roasted Red Peppers

  3. Basil Leaves

Directions

  1. Tip a can of ready-made tomato soup into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Chop a small jar of roasted peppers in oil and stir them into the soup with a handful of finely chopped fresh basil leaves.
  3. Ladle into bowls and serve with plenty of RYVITA Snackbreads for a quick and crunchy accompaniment.
