Duck & Mango Salsa
This sassy combination will make you feel that the sun is shining whenever you eat it. Try adding a chopped green chilli for a spicy kick.
- Shred some crisply cooked duck into a bowl.
- Toss in half a chopped ripe mango and a handful of quartered cherry tomatoes.
- Stir in two chopped spring onions and a squeeze of zingy lime juice then pile the salsa onto your RYVITA® Crispbread.
