Ingredients

  1. Mango

  2. Cherry Tomatoes

  3. Duck

  4. Spring Onion

  5. Lime Juice

Directions

  1. Shred some crisply cooked duck into a bowl.
  2. Toss in half a chopped ripe mango and a handful of quartered cherry tomatoes.
  3. Stir in two chopped spring onions and a squeeze of zingy lime juice then pile the salsa onto your RYVITA® Crispbread.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and some freshly ground black pepper.
