Ingredients

  1. Egg

  2. Tuna

  3. Lettuce

  4. Olives

  5. Parsley

Directions

  1. Top your RYVITA Crispbread with some roughly chopped little lettuce leaves.
  2. Drain a jar of your best quality tuna and break it into big juicy pieces on top of the lettuce.
  3. Cut a boiled egg into wedges and arrange on top of the tuna.
  4. Garnish with sliced olives and chopped parsley or your favourite combination of fresh herbs.
